Long Business Description

Disabled Parents Rights can help parents with disabilities in several areas. We provide direct legal representation, technical assistance to attorneys representing parents with disabilities, and we provide information and referral services to parents with disabilities, their families and advocates. We believe that self-education is the best way a parent can help her or himself. However there are times that education is not enough. Parents with disabilities frequently face legal battles to exercise their right to parent. We can provide limited help in this area.

We can only provide legal representation in Colorado.
